ABOUT ME

Jessica Fasbender
Founder of Ux Pilates Studio
I was born and grew up Luxembourg and I came to London in 2004 to study at the Royal Academy of Dance. While studying, I was introduced to Pilates and was amazed by its effects, improving my strength, fitness, movement skills and body awareness.
While completing my degree at Roehampton University, I did a Classical Pilates Teacher Training Program at a renowned Pilates Studio in London. I have worked with many experienced Pilates Trainers and continue to broaden my knowledge through education programmes and workshops.
I am proud to have received an award for outstanding performance on the MSc Health Rehabilitation and Exercise at Buckinghamshire New University. I also conducted research on the effect of Pilates on arterial stiffness and trunk flexibility. I have also graduated in 2023 from the College of Naturopathic Nutrition as a Nutritional Therapist.
As of 2008, I have been teaching Pilates with great enthusiasm in a number of Pilates Studios in London and since 2011, I have been working with clients at my own studio in Uxbridge. I love practising Pilates myself and am thrilled to see how much joy the work is bringing to my clients. I am commited to help everyone achieve better movement and strength.
