NEW Online Classes
Pilates classes from the comfort of your own home through Skype or Zoom. All you need is a mat and a laptop (any other equipment can be included as well). Sessions available in English, Luxembourgish or German.
A one-to-one session to get a taster of the classes at Ux Pilates Studio.
A series of 3 one-to-one sessions. This is the perfect option if you would like to get a more profound knowledge of the Pilates work before joining group classes.
Classes at Ux Pilates Studio are small, so that the classes can be tailored to suit every individual client's needs. For a full timetable of available duet class spaces, please click on the link in 'Class Timetable'.
This is the perfect option if you have any injuries and would like to work towards a specific target. Private classes can be booked at any time during the opening hours of the studio according to availability. Please contact the studio for class availabilities.
We offer a range of classes to help keep your body strong and mobile to support a healthy pregnancy. Regular Pilates exercise can help to relieve stress and tension and through the muscular support can reduce back pain during pregnancy. Pelvic floor toning and abdominal support exercises will help to accommodate the changes that your body goes through during pregnancy and it will make it easier to regain strength after giving birth.
Pilates is a safe form of exercise to do during pregnancy, however, if you have not done Pilates before becoming pregnant, we recommend that you wait until after your 12-week scan before starting with classes.
Mum & Baby Classes
These classes are suitable from after the 6 week checkup after childbirth until the baby is crawling. The mum gets to do some postnatal exercise to regain strength in her core and pelvic floor muscles, while the baby gets to join in fun ways to aid their development.

Tiny Movers (for 18 months)
A session for 1 ½ - 3 year olds to prepare them for different kinds of movement, ranging from dance to a variety of sports. In this session, they will work on balance, coordination and agility skills. With the aid of different props and toys, gross and fine motor skills will be developed. This is a fun session in which parents join in and through play a variety of skills will be achieved.
